1. Shift In-Charge – Power Plant 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge for a Captive Power Plant based on WHRB Boiler technology.

📍 Location: Anra, Upper Raigoda, Suakati, Distt. Kendujhar, Odisha – 758018

🎓 Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years/p>

💰 CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA

📌 No. of Positions: 04

⏱️ Preference: Immediate Joiners

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for plant operations during the assigned shift
Monitor and control plant parameters through DCS/control room
Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations
Coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown and preventive activities
Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot operational issues
Maintain shift logs, reports, and proper handover records
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms
Optimize fuel consumption, load management, and overall efficiency
Supervise and guide shift engineers, operators, and technicians

🔹 Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of power plant equipment and systems
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle shift pressure and emergency situations
Leadership and team supervision skills
Effective communication and coordination abilities

🔹 Preferred:

Experience in integrated steel plants
Knowledge of energy management systems and ISO standards
Certification in safety, energy auditing, or power plant operations

2. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Captive Power Plant 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) for a 15 MW Captive Power Plant based on WHRB Boiler technology.

📍 Location: Anra, Upper Raigoda, Suakati, Distt. Kendujhar, Odisha – 758018

🎓 Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech

💼 Experience: 20–25 Years

💰 CTC: Up to ₹18–20 LPA

⏱️ Preference: Immediate Joiners

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operation & maintenance of the captive power plant supporting steel production
Ensure continuous and reliable power & steam supply to steel plant processes
Monitor and optimize power generation, fuel consumption, and overall efficiency
Manage waste heat recovery systems from BF gas, coke oven gas, and other by-products
Plan and execute shutdowns, overhauls, and breakdown maintenance
Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and safety norms
Coordinate with steel plant operations for load management and energy balance
Drive cost reduction, energy conservation, and efficiency improvement initiatives
Prepare and review MIS reports, budgets, and performance KPIs
Lead and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians

🔹 Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of captive power plant systems in the steel industry
Expertise in boilers (AFBC/CFBC/WHRB), turbines, generators, and auxiliaries
Familiarity with process gases (BF gas, CO gas, LD gas) utilization
Proficiency in DCS/SCADA systems and plant automation
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Good communication and inter-department coordination abilities

🔹 Preferred:

Experience in integrated steel plants
Knowledge of energy management systems and ISO standards
Certification in safety, energy auditing, or power plant operations
